Your satisfaction is paramount. While refunds are not available once a newsletter design is confirmed, we do provide a flexible subscription model. Feel free to cancel anytime without incurring additional charges—simply ensure cancellation occurs before your upcoming monthly billing date. 


7. How Do I Unsubscribe if Needed?

Simple. Before the start of your next month’s billing cycle, simply just cancel your subscription on Moonclerk or just let us know at contact@crispyletters.com 


8. Can I Customize the Articles or include clinic-specific announcements?

Regrettably, we can’t offer customization on the articles. Our newsletters are designed and finalized using Adobe Illustrator/InDesign by our design team, making the word content uneditable post-finalization. However, rest assured that our content is crafted to be widely relevant and engaging for your clientele.


9. Can I Use the Newsletter for Multiple Clinics?
